I try to give credit to the orignal author, although this one that I found on Pintrest didn't have a working link.
I changed up the recipe a bit also.
1 Cup Oatmeal
1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips
1/2 Cup Reduced Fat Peanut Butter
1/2 Cup Flax Seed
1/2 Cup Chia Seeds
1/3 Cup Honey
1 tsp Vanilla
Put all the ingrediants in the blender (you could probably use a food processor also) mix well.
Instead of forming them into balls, I made them into a tube (like a raw cookie dough tube) wrapped in wax paper and put in frig. I can cut off a bit when I need it.
Taste: I give a 7 out of 10, they are a bit too sweet for me.
Energy: Not sure yet.
Filling: 8 out of 10 for me.
Ease to make: 8 out of 10
